General Terms and Conditions

Pixelwall is a product of TrustInBrands! e.K.
The following terms and conditions as well as prices are applicable with regard to Pixelwall:

Prices for a complete entry for one year depending on the respective size:

• Small: 80 x 40 pixels, approx. 13 characters per line: 15.50 EUR + 19 % VAT (2.95 EUR) = 18.45 EUR
• Medium: 100 x 60 pixel, approx. 15 characters per line: 31.00 EUR + 19 % VAT (5.89 EUR) = 36.89 EUR
• Big: 130 x 80 pixel, approx. 19 characters per line: 43.00 EUR + 19 % VAT (8.17 EUR) = 51.17 EUR

The type size is 11 px. in Arial bold. Four lines are possible.

Payment is possible electronically via Pay-Pal, Credit Card or bank transfer.

The prices specified are those for a registration for one year on the billboard / Pixelwall. Upon payment you will become entitled to register your logo on the billboard.

30 days prior to the expiry of the registration for one year, , we will submit an inquiry to you as to whether you wish to continue to be represented on the information pixel wall. In case your invoice is settled within one month (date as of delivery of the reminder), your entry will be continued.

You will receive your invoice electronically; currently, only payment via Pay-Pal is possible.

You agree to the establishment of a link between your entry and your website.

Only own brand - corporate logos are permitted here and only such logos may be entered here.

Entries which violate competition entries must not be made.

At this point, we would like to point out expressly that logos, photographs, entries, texts and website links must not be established which contain any of the following: contents of any type which glorify violence, are discriminating (regardless of the type and manner of such), racist, morally damaging to juveniles, criminal or slanderous.

Logos violating other people's or trademark rights, are not permitted. This also applies with regard to logos which are based on an original and have been distorted in any manner. Even pictures or texts of this type which are intended as a joke are not permitted.

Violations will be prosecuted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for violations by third parties, even though we regularly check the entries.
